For all those who can't get enough of farm life: The balcony holiday flat is located on the first floor of the guest house and offers a wonderful view of the riding arena, the surrounding fields and our farm. Inside, it is comfortably furnished and the spacious living/dining area offers plenty of opportunities to relax together, play games, tell stories and forget the time.

The use of the indoor swimming pool and sauna is included in the price.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Please bring your own from home: Beach, pool & sauna towels and flip-flops.
For stays up to 4 nights there is a short stay surcharge.
For pets we charge 5 € per day and animal.
Fehmarn spa card: depending on the season € 1.50 to € 2.30 per adult person & day.
