We look forward to welcoming you soon! Your accommodation will be ready for you from 3 pm.

Oh dear, the holiday season always flies by ... On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10 am. You are welcome to leave the key in the lock - then we know that we are allowed to clean.

You will find the following items in your accommodation on arrival:

• Bathroom: Hairdryer and hand soap as well as an initial supply of toilet paper.
• Kitchen: filter coffee machine, bin liners and dishwasher tablets. Please bring your own spices and coffee powder.
• Children's equipment: We have cots, safety rails, high chairs and other children's equipment on site. Please let us know exactly what you need before you arrive: We will then prepare everything accordingly.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Please remember to bring your own bath, beach and sauna towels. And don't forget your flip-flops!

You can put postcards, love letters and other documents in the letterbox about 300 metres from our farm. Simply walk from the farm in the direction of Gammendorf and you will find the letterbox on the left-hand side.

Fresh bread rolls in the morning ... hmmm! With the bread roll delivery service from Inselbäckerei Börke, you can get crispy bread rolls every morning (except Sundays), conveniently delivered to our information centre in the courtyard.

You can get both in our washroom.

The bus (Burg-Puttgarden) stops on the main road, about 1 km from the farm. There is only a school bus in the village.

Fresh eggs from our hens! You are welcome to buy the eggs in the information centre.

You can hire bikes from sunny.bike.de or from buedlfarmbikes.de. The pre-ordered bikes are then conveniently delivered to your yard.

WLAN is free of charge on our farm. Just talk to us about it!

You will need a spa card for your stay. We will be happy to issue this for you!

We work together with two masseuses who come to our farm and offer you various treatments in the wellness area. You can book your favourite massage and times at www.massage-fehmarn.de!

Please help us to keep our beautiful farm - and above all nature - clean. Here is a short guide to waste separation:

Waste paper/newspapers:

Vegetable waste:
Compost heap (opposite the indoor riding arena)

You will find the grey, yellow and blue bins at the main entrance.

One parking space is provided per residential unit. Please contact us if more parking spaces are required.

Would you like to send a postcard? Great! We sell postcards from our Köhlbrandt farm for 50 cents each.

Please remember to pay your bill during our office hours. Attention: We do not have an EC machine. You can transfer the rent in advance or pay in cash during your stay.

Thank you for your interest in our riding lessons for kids! We have summarised the most important information here:

• Riding lessons take place by arrangement and in small groups.
• You can find all possible dates in our daily and weekly timetable.
• Please register your children one day in advance and cancel if necessary (we will charge for lessons that are not cancelled as we divide the groups individually).
• No registration is required for our pony rides.

Our sauna is located in the new wellness area. It can be hired for you on request. Please let us know!

Please remember not to leave your key in the door from the outside (for security reasons). You can only leave it on the outside when you leave - then we know that cleaning is allowed.

What a joy to play with, there's never a dull moment in our barn. So that everything is ready for the next exciting day in the morning, please remember to switch off the lights in the evening and put the toys (including the pedal cars) back in their places. Thank you!

Many different animals live on our farm, all of which have their own specific needs - including when it comes to food. Please remember that we feed them accordingly and understand that they should not be fed outside of feeding times.
However, you are very welcome to join us on the morning feeding rounds and find out what the animals like and feed them yourself! We look forward to seeing you!

Our trampoline in the play barn is for everyone! Please remember to take off your shoes before jumping and not to take any objects onto the trampoline. Jump at your own risk.

You are welcome to use our washing machine; you will find it in the laundry room. We charge €3 per wash.

Our wellness area includes a heated swimming pool and a sauna, massages can be booked on request.
